1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://zoy9.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by zoy9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the services offered by zoy9, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zoy9 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Providing false information about your age during registration is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must be accessing the zoy9 platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gambling and sports betting is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual user.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party. Every account on zoy9 must be registered and used solely by the individual named on the account.
• You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, or contractor of zoy9, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been granted.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended account on the zoy9 platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with zoy9 or any responsible gaming scheme that would prohibit your access to gambling services.

zoy9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of zoy9 services, you are required to register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a contact number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

Account Credentials

KYC Verification

zoy9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its fraud prevention and security obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any time:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days).
• A photograph or screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount on zoy9 is ৳50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of initiating a transaction. zoy9 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected account holders.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. zoy9 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. In cases where the original deposit method cannot support the withdrawal amount, zoy9 may process the withdrawal via an alternative agreed method. All withdrawal requests are reviewed by the zoy9 payments team before dispatch to provide an additional layer of fraud protection.

Currency and Conversion

Your zoy9 account balance is held exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. All bet sizes, bonus amounts, and winnings are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zoy9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by zoy9 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must bet (using bonus funds, real funds, or a combination as specified) before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total eligible bets to be placed before withdrawal is possible.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each eligible player may claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games, game categories, or minimum odds thresholds. Bets placed on excluded games or below the minimum odds will not contribute toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting to the account. If wagering requirements are not completed by the expiry date, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be removed from the account. Expiry periods vary by promotion and are stated in the specific offer terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on the zoy9 platform is governed by the following general rules, supplemented by specific rules for each game type or sports market accessible via the platform.

Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. All pre-match and live in-play bets are accepted subject to available market liquidity. zoy9 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or restrict maximum stake sizes on any event at its discretion, particularly in cases where event integrity concerns are identified.

In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules. Casino Games and Slots

All casino games, slots, and live dealer tables available on zoy9 use certified random number generators or are conducted by professionally trained live dealers operating under established casino protocols. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) figures for all slot games are available in the game information panel. zoy9 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — such as a disconnection, server error, or game software failure — the round may be voided and any stake for that round refunded to your account balance. zoy9 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the player's side.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zoy9 platform. Any account found to be engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate suspension and investigation, which may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the zoy9 platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials to access zoy9 services.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform software. Any winnings resulting from an exploited error are not payable and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including collusion with other players to systematically extract bonus value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that constitutes cheating in any sports event on which you have placed a bet at zoy9.
• Money laundering or using the zoy9 platform for any illegal financial activity. zoy9 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to suspected financial crimes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zoy9 staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts or to any backend system of the zoy9 platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

zoy9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Death of the account holder (subject to estate administration procedures).
• A court order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure or fund freezing.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the account balance, after the platform has made reasonable efforts to contact the account holder.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your zoy9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending bets will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and after deduction of any applicable bonus balances not yet wagered through) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoy9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zoy9 platform or services. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account history.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond zoy9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the zoy9 platform, including betting tips, odds, or promotional details, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

zoy9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits zoy9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Responsible Gaming

zoy9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to helping players maintain control over their gambling activity. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

All registered zoy9 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit amount. Limits take immediate effect when set and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours after the increase request is made.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zoy9 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zoy9 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the zoy9 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any software or game content accessible through the platform.
• Use the zoy9 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform by automated means.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

zoy9 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zoy9 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the zoy9 platform following publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms and Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the zoy9 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and zoy9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
