When your cumulative points in a month cross a tier threshold mid-month, your tier upgrades immediately — you do not have to wait until month end. Your new benefits (cashback rate, withdrawal speed) apply from the moment the tier changes.
If your points total in a given month falls below your current tier's threshold, your tier is adjusted downward at the start of the next month. To maintain Gold, for example, you need to earn at least 20,000 points every month. Your account dashboard shows your current month's points in real time.
Bonus-funded wagers, free spins, and voided bets do not contribute to your monthly VIP points total. Only real-money stakes placed from your main account balance count. This applies across all game types and betting markets.
